I'm trying to make a No Knead Crusty Bread that looks like the picture (rounded with height). I measure 2 lbs of dough and it's rising. I have a 4 quart Dutch Oven and a 2.5 quart Dutch Oven. Which one should I use to make the beautiful loaf/Boulle style bread?
